Whats been happening the first four months of the year

The average price of a property in West Lothian for the first four months was £233,458 and the average price paid per sq ft was £228.00. The average price of a property in the latter four months of 2025 was £211.20 but price per sq ft was £233.00 which suggests that more of the lower valued properties sold at that time.
