The Property Connection - Clackmannanshire · Stirling · Falkirk

So, grab a cuppa and get comfy. Here’s a little round-up of local happenings, property news and what we’ve been up to at Property Connections. ☕🏡
Around the community 🎃
The Zombie Walk at Wimpey Park had to be cancelled because of the amber weather warning and storm. Not quite the spooky outing everyone had hoped for—but the weather had other ideas!
Thankfully, there was still some Halloween fun at the park on Saturday 31 October, when Trick or Treat at The Wimpy Park went ahead. Hundreds of children came along. A big thank-you to the kind-hearted people who helped make the afternoon special. ❤️
And the Halloween decorations around the county were something else! Some displays really stood out and brought a brilliant bit of spooky spirit to the neighbourhood. 👻
Coming up around the area 📅
There’s plenty to look forward to as we head into November, with Bonfire Night events, fireworks, Christmas fairs and festive lights beginning to appear.
A few dates for the diary include Bonfire Night on 5 November, Sparks in the Park and Dollar fireworks on 7 November, Ready Steady 60s on 8 November, and the Bridge of Allan lights switch-on on 22 November. A busy month ahead—best get the diary out! ✨
Sold recently 🔑
It’s been lovely helping people make their next move. Since the last newsletter, I’ve sold Burnbrae, 7 Benview Terrace, Fishcross, and 23 Hoggan Path, Longcroft. 🎉
Benview Terrace was a particularly satisfying one. The seller was out of the country, so I helped arrange removals and cleaners and got the property ready alongside my photographer. We arranged pre-market viewings, and it sold to a cash buyer at their second viewing—before the full launch. Sometimes getting the right people through the door early really can make all the difference!
Congratulations to everyone involved in all three sales. 🏡

A wee look at the local market 📊
The latest official figures available are for August 2026. Average prices were around £171,000 in Clackmannanshire, £174,000 in Falkirk and £237,000 in Stirling. Compared with August last year, prices were broadly level in Clackmannanshire, up 5.3% in Falkirk and up 1.8% in Stirling.
Here locally, I’ve noticed fewer viewings for homes at the higher end of the market. Every home and buyer is different, of course, but thoughtful pricing and good presentation can help a property stand out and find the right person.
Meanwhile, at Property Connections… 💛
A few of us made it down to London for a conference. Kevin didn’t join us—he was away on holiday—but Karen came along too, and we managed to meet up with her daughter while we were there.
We also went to Sophie’s, where they had a fire pit and smoker for cooking steak. It was amazing, and we all came away recommending it! 🔥🥩
Linda managed to enjoy a holiday too, so hopefully she’s back refreshed and ready for the winter rush. And Cheryl has left us to focus on her cleaning business—we’re wishing her lots of success with it. ❤️
Thinking of selling? 🏠
If you’re thinking about moving—or are simply curious about what your home might be worth—I’d love to have a chat.
At Property Connections, we offer a personal service, professional photography, viewings included and no upfront fees. I’ll be there to help guide you through the process, from getting ready for photographs right through to viewings and offers.
Thank you so much to everyone who has trusted me with their home, recommended me or supported my business. I really do appreciate it. ❤️
Until next time, Dearest Reader—take care, keep cosy and I’ll see you across the wee county!
